Possess Bachelor of Science degree in Production Engineering from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and Associate Member of Chartered Management Accounts United Kingdom. Has gathered expertise and experience in Business process Re-engineering working with prestigious Thomas Group, USA (www.thomasgroup.com). He has a proven track record in business development, supply chain management, Lean six sigma, workforce operations & implementing sustainable cost reduction strategies in manufacturing and service sector’s both in Sri Lanka and Australia. Was the former Chief Executive Officer of Ravi Industries Limited (www.ravibrush.com) , Riley’s Group (www.rileysmats.com) and Toyo Cushion Lanka which are subsidiaries of the Multinational Business conglomerate Hayley’s PLC (www.hayleys.com). Ravi Industries Limited is one of the leading brush manufacturers and Riley’s Group is a leading floor mats manufacturers in Asia. Prior to that he was the General Manager Operations & General Manager of the PVC pipes business at Phoenix Industries Limited. He was formerly the Head of workforce Operations at Lion Nathan Private Limited, the largest Alcoholic Beverage Company in Australia (www.lionco.com) and prior to that the Group Planning Manager at Union Apparels Private Limited in Sri Lanka.
